 Enter “Y” or “N” to Extract Latest Update?.

 Press F9 to submit job FNJN9730S. This retrieves data from CODA V4 (IASCP001 and IASCP025) and

populates FNPGLV40.

The process references information in the following files:

o FNLPAV40 - Created by Define Company/Conversion Integration Parameters

o FNPELV40 - Element Cross Reference File – Can also be used to populate element level 2, 3, and 4

data if GL Account information

o FNPSRV40 - Store/reporting level - created by the Store/Reporting Level Cross Reference

FNPGLV40 is used in conjunction with the following spreadsheets:

o GL Posting Cross Reference-FNPGLV40_Vendor.xls

o GL Posting Cross Reference-FNPGLV40_Customer.xls

o GL Account and Posting Cross Reference-FNPGLV40_GLv3.xls

The cross reference spreadsheet provided includes three separate worksheets for customer element

combinations, vendor element combinations and all other Coda V4 element combinations. The

reason there are three worksheets is there can be more customer and vendor entries to download

than can fit onto one MS Excel spreadsheet, so we provided the option to include customer or vendor

balances to provide flexibility to upload what you want set up.

Read the instruction page thoroughly. Fill in the required data on the left, then retrieve the CODA V4 data.

Complete the information on the right for V10+. You can now validate the V4 CODA elements and upload the

spreadsheet to the FNPGLV40 file.

5.5 Element Master Conversion:

The Element Master conversion process allows for the submission of a batch job (FNJN9600S) to create element

masters in the CODA V10 (or higher). The conversion process can be run multiple times and has several options
