3 Troubleshooting

3.1 CODA Synchronous Interface

At the time of pilot there are 9 interfaces that are used within DBS to integrate with CODA

using the web service XMLi api. They are:

3.1.1 Technical Error Detection

Under almost all circumstances, the technical architecture will log a message to a message file

and send a message to the users’ message queue. Technical errors (which may be a

recurring issue than needs to be fixed) are also sent as a message to SYSOPR. These

messages can be monitored and alerts sent if necessary.
